Refunds

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Photos showing the damage or defect

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund where applicable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you need an exchange, please contact our customer support team.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective
  • The item was damaged during shipping
  • We shipped the wrong product

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Tri Advertising and Solutions LLC cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
